The minimum age to register and play on Skinape is 21 years old. This is a strict requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Skinape reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be suspended immediately and any winnings forfeited.

No. Each player is allowed only one Skinape account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different devices — is a violation of Skinape's Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances. If you've forgotten your login details, use the password reset option on the login page instead of creating a new account.

After registration, Skinape may ask you to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing your first withdrawal. You'll need to submit a valid government-issued ID — such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth card, driver's licence, or UMID — along with a selfie holding the ID. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours. This process protects your account and ensures compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

Deposits & Payments

Skinape accepts the most popular Philippine payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). We do not currently accept credit cards or international payment methods. More payment options may be added — check the Cashier section of your account for the latest list.

The minimum deposit on Skinape is ₱100. This applies to all payment methods including GCash and PayMaya. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-volume deposits may trigger additional verification steps in line with Philippine AML regulations. Deposits are credited to your Skinape account instantly in most cases.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited instantly — usually within seconds of completing the transaction. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or UnionBank may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 2 hours, take a screenshot of your transaction receipt and contact our live chat support team with the reference number.

Skinape does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — for example, some banks charge a small fee for InstaPay or PESONet transfers. We recommend using GCash or PayMaya for fee-free, instant deposits. Always check your payment provider's terms before transferring funds.

Withdrawals & Winnings

Log in to your Skinape account and go to the Cashier section. Select "Withdraw," choose your preferred method (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank), enter the amount, and confirm. Make sure your account is fully verified before submitting your first withdrawal request. Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso directly to your registered e-wallet or bank account.

The minimum withdrawal amount on Skinape is ₱200. There is no daily withdrawal cap for verified accounts under standard limits. If you need to withdraw a large amount, our team may contact you for additional verification — this is a standard security measure to protect your funds.

Most Skinape withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically the fastest, often arriving within 1–4 hours after approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one business day. Withdrawals submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Common reasons for a delayed withdrawal include: incomplete KYC verification, an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements, a mismatch between your account name and your bank or e-wallet name, or a high-value withdrawal requiring additional review.
