These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Skinape platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Skinape. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on Skinape. This is a strict requirement under PAGCOR regulations applicable to casino-style gaming in the Philippines. Age verification is conducted during the KYC process and accounts found to belong to underage individuals are immediately suspended.
Each individual may hold only one Skinape account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. All transactions on Skinape are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are credited instantly. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the selected method. Skinape reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits offered by Skinape are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Skinape reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Skinape. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Skinape platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Important: These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
To register and use the Skinape platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
⚠️ Age Restriction: Skinape takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any individual found to have registered while under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at Skinape's sole discretion after verification.
To access Real Money Gaming on the Skinape platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Skinape platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Skinape will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Skinape reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any time Skinape deems it necessary for compliance purposes. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
All financial transactions on the Skinape platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Skinape supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Skinape account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Skinape does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are published on the Cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours of submission, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification. Skinape reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Skinape reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
Note: Skinape does not accept deposits made using funds that are the proceeds of any illegal activity. Any deposit suspected to originate from illegal sources will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
Skinape may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.
All games available on the Skinape platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness and randomness. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate and verified by independent testing laboratories.
Each game on the Skinape platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms & Conditions shall prevail with respect to all other matters including account management, payments, and conduct.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session, Skinape's decision regarding the outcome of the affected round shall be final. Skinape will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues promptly and to treat affected Players fairly. Bets placed during a confirmed technical malfunction may be voided and stakes returned at Skinape's discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Skinape platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

All content on the Skinape platform — including but not limited to the Skinape name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of Skinape or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Skinape platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Skinape platform without the prior written consent of Skinape.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Skinape shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Skinape platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
Skinape's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Skinape account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Skinape does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While Skinape takes reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond Skinape's reasonable control.
Skinape collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on the Skinape platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Skinape complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers where required for compliance purposes.
Skinape reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the deduction of any applicable fees.
You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting Skinape customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
Skinape reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, Skinape will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Skinape platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the Skinape platform, you are encouraged to contact Skinape's customer support team in the first instance. Skinape will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly through its internal complaints process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within 30 days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
